Waitlist
Waitlist Policy: If you are on the waitlist, please do not show up unless you receive a confirmation that you have been added to the open play. You may receive a notification that a spot is available, but this is a generic message sent to everyone on the waitlist and does not mean you’ve been selected to play.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy for All Events
To ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that no-shows will be subject to a charge. Please call us if you cannot make it so others on the waitlist have a chance to play!
Annual Memberships
We’re thrilled to have so many of you as part of our pickleball family! Just a reminder that all annual memberships are non-refundable.
Annual memberships mean you are locked in for the full year, so we are not able to freeze annuals.
Check in Prior to Play
To streamline check-in, all players must be registered in CourtReserve before their session and sign in upon arrival using the barcode on the court reserve apps home screen. When reserving a court, please include the names of all players in your group.
Arriving 15 minutes early will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!
Bringing Guests? We’ve Got You Covered!
Members who reserve a court with non-members will have a small guest fee per non-member. It is a great way to introduce friends to the game and our amazing community!
Reservations Must Include All Participants Names
Please include all player names in your reservation. If all names are not included, the reservation will be charged at the non-member rate.
Lessons at Centerline
All lessons and instruction must be scheduled through Centerline. Outside training or coaching during court reservations is not permitted.
Ball Machines Not Allowed
No baskets or ball machines are allowed to be brought into the facility.
Demos
Please do not abuse our demo paddle program. Demo paddles are available for the purpose of testing a paddle that would potentially be purchased. If you choose not to purchase a paddle after demoing 3 times, there will be a $5 demo fee per use.
Events/Parties
No events, parties, or birthday celebrations are allowed unless approved by Centerline. If you would like to reserve more than 2 courts you must contact us to schedule a special event.
Reminder – Please Wear Non-Marking Shoes (we recommend no shoes with black soled bottoms)
Just a friendly reminder that we kindly request all players to wear non-marking shoes while playing on our courts. This helps keep our floors in great condition and ensures a safe playing surface for everyone.
Furniture
Please do not move any benches or furniture on or around courts and please do not bring food and drinks onto the courts. Thank you.
