24-Hour Cancellation Policy for All Events
To ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a charge.
Annual Memberships
We’re thrilled to have so many of you as part of our pickleball family! Just a reminder that all annual memberships are non-refundable.
Annual memberships mean you are locked in for the full year, so we are not able to freeze annuals.
Check in Prior to Play
To streamline check-in, all players must be registered in CourtReserve before their session and sign in upon arrival using the barcode on the court reserve apps home screen. When reserving a court, please include the names of all players in your group.
Arriving 15 minutes early will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!
Bringing Guests? We’ve Got You Covered!
Members who reserve a court with non-members will have a small $5.00 guest fee per non-member. It is a great way to introduce friends to the game and our amazing community!
Reminder – Please Wear Non-Marking Shoes (we recommend no shoes with black soled bottoms)
Just a friendly reminder that we kindly request all players to wear non-marking shoes while playing on our courts. This helps keep our floors in great condition and ensures a safe playing surface for everyone.
Waitlist
If you are on the waitlist you MUST wait for a notification email or text from us that you have been put into the open play. You cannot show up when you are on the waitlist. Please keep an eye out for any last minute openings as it does happen in some instances.
Moving Things
Please do not move any benches or furniture on or around courts and please do not bring food and drinks onto the courts. Thank you.
